The office revitalization project consisted of exterior building modifications, which includes the building skin and the enclosure of the lobbies at floors 1, 2, and 3; Interior architectural renovations to the restrooms, corridors, and newly enclosed lobbies. The end result was increased lease rates and tenant occupancy.
