A sophisticated office and eye-catching lobby convey elegance at this high-end real estate company. The lobby’s neutral colors are offset by the vivid patterns of backlit onyx. The rear office, home to conference rooms, workstations and offices, is clean and inviting with a wood ceiling extending the length of the entire space.

In order to create a space with offices on the exterior that allows for privacy while not blocking all the natural light from the center of the space, DAVIS designed a clear-glass, pivoting front door and large sidelight. Office walls feature a band of frosted glass situated at eye-level allowing natural light to penetrate the space while providing visual privacy for those seated in those spaces.
