Equitable Real Estate Company’s Scottsdale Waterfront office interior is designed to take advantage of natural light. The space is thematically tied together with aggressive angular lines and a warm palette, as seen in the reception area with dark wood floors contrasted by a Sanfoot ash wall on a 45-degree angle.

Glass walls provide visual intrigue throughout the office. A cast glass water façade separates two conference rooms behind reception, and frosted glazing walls are interrupted by staggered clear patterns to create a horizontal blind effect. Drop-down acoustical clouds appear above each workstation to increase the sound quality within the space.
