A tenant seeking a creative space and a building owner looking to develop a new building standard for a changing market. By our innovative use of existing shell materials with new, inexpensive yet high impact elements woven together in an open plan design, we were able to provide the client with the aesthetic they desired at a friendly price.

Import Genius is a web based company dealing with the import-export industry with a desire for a creative, vibrant, and modern environment. DAVIS worked collaboratively with the building representatives and the contractor to come up with cost-effective, yet eye catching design solutions while attaining the building standard budget. DAVIS provided a variety of spaces for the employees to interact including a Co-Lab table for standing team meetings, casual lounge meeting, and a centralized open break area. The furniture has varying heights to create an interesting landscape in the open office. Using the elements given to us with the structure of the building we left the ceilings, floors, and brick walls exposed while adding reclaimed wood, raw metals, and saturated colors on the walls and furniture resulting in a fresh, modern office space.
