This 97,000 sf 3-story, Class A speculative office building in Perimeter Center obtained 100% leasing at the time of Certificate of Occupancy. The goal was to capitalize on both the fantastic views of the McDowell Mountains in North Scottsdale and the site presence on the Pima Freeway (Loop 101) for tenant signage exposure and identity. The design is a signature architectural statement that worked within the city of Scottsdale’s sensitive design guidelines, yet met the markets needs for efficient and flexible floor plate utilization and window line.
