Sustainable practices and features highlight the design and planning objectives for this unique urban habitat located in downtown Phoenix’s historic district, comprised of a 14–story residential tower and a low-rise loft residential wing, wrapping a multi-level parking garage with 7,500sf of integrated retail space, a rooftop recreation deck, pool and fitness center.

This timeless project, emphasizing clean vertical lines, capitalizes on its adjacency to the light rail, leasable public bicycles, First Friday Art Walks and Urban Farming Plots.
