You are greeted at the entry of this contemporary office by a custom reception desk with the logo projected on the wall, a specialty wood ceiling treatment, steel pole mounted flat screen monitors, and terrazzo flooring. A gallery space for art was integrated into the design to highlight different artwork at a given time. The environment was designed with an elliptical central element that houses copy stations, filing and a break room with built in bench seating. The tenant required private offices for confidentiality purposes, so DAVIS designed the perimeter of the plan to accommodate these space with all glass partitions and sliding alder wood barn doors. This enabled the interior of the space to benefit from the natural daylight. All the offices and conference rooms included tackable surfaces with sliding writable surfaces for collaborative client and team meetings.
